Co-Founder

Alan is a management graduate from a premier Institute.
He is a UK Certified Training Consultant in organisational development & Human resource, He is a CIS, LIII, AIII, & FIII certified from Insurance Institute of India. He is also Six Sigma & COPC certified in operational excellence.
His area of expertise lies in Sales, Execution & Client Management. He has championed in field of Insurance Sales for over a decade and now specialising in the field of Human resource Services.
He is a founder & Managing Director of Mumbai Rozgaar Private Limited. & in the past has been instrumental in building & servicing business for his stake holders in TWS Holdings Inc, SPANCO Tele Systems & Solutions, Teleperformance (former Intelenet Global Services) & ICICI Group in the area of HR, Training & Sales.

MR. DOLPHY MASCARENHAS
Co-Founder

Dolphy is a founder CEO of Global Recruitz.
He has over 16+ years of experience in recruiting for mid and senior level of placement across SME and large corporate in both the local and international market.
His area of expertise lies in the following Industries: Mining, Metal, BFSI, Technology & Finance and has strong emerging market recruting experience across middle east, Africa, Latin America & ASEAN countries.
Execution of cross border international assignments has been his key forte & niche offering.

Agnel is the Founding Partner of Souza Rasam & Co.(est. 2005)
His 25+ years of work experience includes his associations with C.C Choksi & Co. (affiliated to Deloitte’s), Airfreight Ltd, Seat Financial Services Ltd, TAS Associate, S.P. Kanekar & Co.
He specialises in review and design business policies, procedures & process (including automated IT workflows, System design, development & Implementation, Management audit & ERM Assessments. He is P2P process champion. He brings ERP & SAP Implementation as a niche offering to the clients.

Arun is a Founding partner of Vaz samel & associates (est. 2009).
In the last 17 years he has been associated with the Hiranandani Group & has been the Statutory auditor for their group of companies including Hiranandani school, Hiranandani hospital & Haiko supermarkets.
He Specialises in Statutory, Internal audits & taxation for Public Limited, Private Limited companies and banks, Trust’s, NGOs, LLP’s & Partnership/Proprietary firms.

Vaishali is a globally certified Transformation Coach.
She is a versatile professional with more than 19yrs+ Experience in Sales, Training & Operations. She has built her niche expertise in Organisation development programmes to develop every resource to perform to its peak in the company.
She has added great value in building & managing brands like: Taj Group (TATA), HDFC Group, TWS Holdings Inc, Accenture, Reliance Group, Kotak Group and Vcustomer India.
She is currently working on building her own brand– Abhyaasa Institute of Talent Transformation (AITT). Her unique concept of ‘Unleashing the Genie within’ has helped transform the behaviour, performance, perspective of employees, management from various organisations.
By promoting this brand, she is working to transform 1 million people in the coming 5years.
